Our intimate sanctuary offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, comfortably seating 80 to 125 guests, with a maximum capacity of 200. Though modest in size, the space is equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, making it an ideal setting for worship services, concerts, community events, and small conferences.

Our Flex Hall is a versatile, youth-friendly space that comfortably seats up to 100 guests theater-style and 75 banquet-style. With a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a layout designed for flexibility, it’s ideal for receptions, banquets, leadership retreats, community meetings, and youth-centered events.

Our facilities are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability and approval. We recommend booking your event well in advance to secure your desired date and time.

At Rock Hill Baptist Church II, we are honored to share our sacred spaces with the community. To ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our facilities, all renters are expected to follow the policies outlined below. A full Rental Agreement & Guidelines Document will be provided upon booking.
General Rules
No alcohol is permitted anywhere on church property, including the Flex Hall and surrounding grounds.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all buildings, including restrooms.
No pets are allowed inside the church facilities.
Do not adjust thermostats; an RHBC II representative will manage temperature needs.
Doors must not be propped open for safety and security reasons.
Facility Use & Clean-Up
If the Flex Hall is rearranged, it must be returned to its original condition—cleaned, swept, mopped, and reset.
All facilities must be left clean after use. Trash should be placed in provided receptacles.
No church property (furniture, sound equipment, décor, etc.) may be removed from the premises.
All sound/media equipment must be returned in its original condition and settings.
Any damage or breakage—inside or outside—must be reported immediately to a Deacon or the Facility Campus Manager.
Supervision & Conduct
Children must be supervised at all times. Running, rough play, or misuse of instruments, whiteboards, tables, or chairs is not allowed.
Children should not be in the Sanctuary or Flex Hall without adult supervision and are not permitted to stand on furniture or access musical instruments.
Use of RHBC II staff or members to assist with events must be approved in advance by the Pastor.
